The metronome and all the features are great, for solo practicing it is perfect. Just dont play too loud! Ive heard how loud my iPhone speakers can go, and this metronome could use a little more volume: not convenient for group practicing. Great app otherwise

I play the flute and this is a remarkable metronome and is so easy to use. It counts exactly like my $30 sabine metronome. It also hase a wide range from 30-250. A steal for $1.

Like you, when I looked at the price, I was a little unshure about whether or not I should purchase this metronome. Sure, I could go get another metronome app for free, but I would be missing out on all the nice features this one has. It has great subdivision choices for better timekeeping, which the free metronome apps do not offer. When you buy this, you wont be looking for another. Its a really great app that will become a close friend. 5 stars for this one.

The drum beats help to make practicing things like scales much more interesting.

I have tested at least 25 metronome apps. When I bought this one, immediately deleted all the others. I play percussion, piano, guitar, and bass and this fits needs for all! Great job uncle Gil! From Aaron B

This app is very useful personally and in teaching middle school band. Tempos are accurate and the drumbeats gain the attention of my students. The drones are helpful for teaching intonation, as well. Thanks for a great app!

Good metronome with just a couple of things Id like to see different. Accuracy is right on - the one thing that this needs to have and does. I like that there are some preset bbm settings but I wouldnt mind having a few more. There is quite a gap, for example, between 120 and 144 even though its quick to get there from either one. Its just one more step thats involved. The beats per measure and subdivisions are easy to get at and change and its nice to have some choices on the sounds. The wheel to adjust the bbm is a bit touchy but makes it quick to go from one extreme to another. My main issue with this metronome is the lack of volume control and that it doesnt have the ability to get very loud. Im an orchestral trumpet player. Overall this is a solid and useful metronome worth using. Good work.

Well thought-out metronome app. Good choice of sounds and beat divisions. Drones for intonation practice for stringed instruments and voice. Integated recorder useful for quickly recording ideas or performances. Clearly designed by musicians. Excellent value.
